Why not try a taste on the wild side, it's unique and a real treat

In medieval days the spit roast was the preferred way to cook. The households servent boy would sit and slowly turn the meat to perfection. The display of the boar cooking is an attraction in itself. The boar is served from our Victorian themed unit, great for Victorian events.
Wild Boar

Low in fat, high in Iron
This venison meat is slowly roasted in it's own juices. It has to have a lot of attention throughout the cooking process. It has to be cooked to 100% perfectionbecause if it is not it will tend to be dry.
Venison

4oz of moist venison meat smoked in it's own juices, served in homemade bread roll with a healthy gree leaf salad.
Although the venison ,eat is very low in fat (virtually fat free) it is very filling.
Venison Spit Roast
On the venison menu are delicious mouth watering venison and apricot sausages, which is a healthy meal for children. Served with or without sauces and green leaf salad.
